My 6 year old Shih Tzu had never been boarded before and we were very stressed about having to board him for 4 days. We went all over the metro plex checking out so-called pet resorts. The day we found Elite Suites we had 3 facilities to visit. The first 2 were horrible. As soon as we went into Elite Suites we knew it was the one. The staff is very professional and very friendly. The facility is spotless. The rooms are beautifully appointed and our "baby" didn't lack for anything. We left him two sperate times before the big stay. He loved it! The attention and care he received was the best. And, the web cams that view every room really put our mind at ease while we were out of town. We were so impressed and satisfied that we will be boarding him frequently.

I was able to view my pet 24/7 via the web-cam. She looked very happy and relaxed!
