When we say we want our customers to feel like family, we mean it. After all, Écoutez is a small family owned and operated company, created by sisters Ilse and Lisette Kolenbrander. Our roots began in the Netherlands over 20 years ago and now we proudly serve Texans in the DFW metroplex at our office in the Southlake Town Square. The word “écoutez” (eh-coo-tay) means “listen” in French. At Écoutez we strive to truly listen to our patient's hearing concerns. Hearing loss can happen at any stage of life. From baseline hearing test, to hearing aids, and hearing protection, we are "hear" to help every step of the way. The average person waits 7-10 years after they experience hearing loss to see a professional. Our goal is to change that.
