I received 4 bids to install hardwood flooring in our new home and these guys beat everyone else hands down! Another nationwide company offered to "meet" their pricing, but I liked the idea that they were local and friendly and gave me the best deal up front. The crew not only showed up on time, they worked through the weekend to finish it up earlier than promised! Everyone said there was no way my floors could be done in a week, let alone 5 days. They were extremely professional and courteous. I have had 5-6 different service companies in our new home in the past 2 weeks and All Pro Floors provided the awesome customer SERVICE people are really looking for, but rarely get. And unlike several other of said companies, they stuck to their estimate!! I ended up using them for a couple more rooms I was so pleased. Thank you Brett, Ruben & team...you were phenomenal and I will never use anyone else for flooring!

Installer had to match existing wood floors, and they did an excellent job. They installed the wood, hand scraped it, stained it and polyurethaned it twice. We were very pleased with their work. They were very professional and timely, getting the job done within our tight timeframe. Stephen, at the Southlake location, came to the house and went over all the details of what they would be doing. He then provided a quote via email. Once hired, he provided me with a timeline for getting the job done. Poncho and his crew did the actual work. These guys were very friendly, trustworthy, and attentive, making sure I agreed with the stain color beforehand. Overall, All-Pro did a fantastic job. I will use them again when I'm ready to replace the carpet upstairs.

Exceptional service from beginning to end. We had five companies come out and provide estimates. Reenie came from All Pro. Right away you could tell she knew her floors! Loved her can-do attitude and wealth of knowledge. We hired her company - much due to her - and she did not let us down. The dollar amount and length of time she quoted were spot on. Luis and his crew went above and beyond. He was willing to help with moving the furniture, putting felt on the legs, he polished, swept, cleaned up everything and was so friendly. We felt very comfortable with him and his entire crew. Great job and would highly recommend. Thank you! -
