Its focus areas of expertise are in marketing and supporting both IBM's Server iSeries family of systems and Microsoft's Windows LAN systems and office products. RWA authors and markets two industry-specific software application systems, GEMS for town government and education, and JMAS for job shop manufacturing. In addition, it market sand supports VAI's System 2000 system for the manufacturing and distribution industries. RWA also worked with other major brand-name ERP application software products such BPCS, MAPICS, DATA/3 and GEAC/JBA System 21.
