Wish I could say my experience was as great as Sarah's (review). It was Cinco de Mayo and we were celebrating like everyone else, except we ordered carry out (BIG MISTAKE). Our bill was $70 which is fine for a family of four. Our issues started when we got home to find a number of items missing--"Where's the Guac?", "Where are the flour shells for the fajitas?" "our quesadilla turned into a meal?" We called back to the restaurant and spoke of our issues and were told to call back because the managers were too busy--it's true. I know this because every time I called for a manager Ruben, Juan, ANYBODY, over the course of the next two weeks, couldn't come to the phone, wasn't in, or would call back later. NEVER HAPPENED! My wife had enough and stopped in to see a manager because waiting patiently had become unreliable. At 1pm in the afternoon, still no manager--the floor staff had to call another man, Daniel, on his cell phone. We had to reluctantly & hesitantly (after the server said he wouldn't trust Daniel with his credit card) leave our card number with the staff and rely upon someone eventually running the credit back to our card. They finally refunded the cost of our entire meal. In all actuality, an acknowledgement or apology for the oversight would have been enough, on day one. The fact that it took 19 days for resolution (5/24) was over the top, and still could not get a manager to be bothered with a follow up. As a business you had a chance to respond timely and couldn't. The food that we got wasn't bad, but the lack of consideration and professional courtesy will have me telling everyone about my poor experience.

BEST Mexican food! Service is excellent and the food is always fresh and amazing! The table side guacamole is delish!
