I am on fb mr.vapor social club so im always hearing about how great the wild bills/ mr vapor stores are and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff are..maybe my expectatio s were too high but being new to vaping i asked alot of questions that werent answered amd even rudley told they would not give me their opinion on different juices bc they got yelled at by previous customers that didnt agree, ive went in and started deali g with one employee that walked away in the middle of my purchase vaped for a minute and walked out for a break..imo they dont care much about making any sales or satisfying customers and seem to mope around looking annoyed. I actually felt like i was intruding by trying to spend my money ther and this is several encou ters bc they are close to me and carry juices i do like but i think ill try the woodhaven store next!

Great place since new owners took over in 2014. Vape juice is excellent quality now and has a lot of flavor. Best place in Southgate for vape supplies.

These guys are very friendly and service oriented and also very knowledgeable in the products that they sell. I highly recommend them to everyone! :-)

I will never go to a wild bills tobacco again!!! They have sold me faulty products over & over. The last visit the shorter man behind the counter called me a liar argued with me until another customer came in then was nicer to me...went down the street where I was told not the first person to complain how rude they were. If you want to waste your money & be treated like dirt shop at wild bills in Southgate
