Walked out with the wrong colors on my head and my hair went from healthy t0 hay ! not impressed with the owners handling of the situation either, refused to fix it or refund me.

Went in with healthy brown hair and blonde highlights, asked to add more blonde highlights with plum brown in between- girl was in a rush, fried my hair and dyed it red !! . The red bled into the blonde, she didn't even or conditioner my hair.. they made me pay, said no refunds and after talking to the owner, she refused to make me a priority and refused to repair or refund me
