The owner's should be ashamed of the quality of food they gave my husband and myself. I understand that sometimes this may happen but not to care enough about the customer experience and make it right is very poor service. We are senior citizens and this was the second worse meal that I have ever been served. I would suggest that anybody that hates throwing money away, should avoid going to Roma's in Southgate. That's my opinion.

The best food around

The portions were huge, the food was excellent. The previous rating person should give it another try. The lasgna is great and the cheesy garlic bread is to die for! We love it! Everyone at Allied Home Mortgage of Southgate agrees!!!

We waited 45 mins for our order (Roma's Special), when we finally got it, it was burnt. The only alternative we were offered was that they could make another pizza. We choose to just eat it rather then wait another 45mins. A few bites into it, we realized what we thought was burnt bacon was actually Anchoives. When we complained, we were told we ate more then half so we would have to pay for it. We were treated very poorly by the staff. We wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
