I've had a power dip nail procedure done 3 or 4x by Peter. He's patient and takes his time and my nails look fabulous. However, when he sands down the old polish, he always seems to take a layer of my skin off of each finger around the nail and they're sore for days. Furthermore, I've noticed that he tends to use the same nail file, clippers and other tools from a drawer or on the desk. Sometimes he has them soaking in some blue stuff but I don't consider that being sanitized. I'm from California. The place that I went to had all of their equipment sanitized and in individual sealed packets for each customer. They also gave me the file and whatever else that they used on my feet or nails to take with me. I stopped going to GiGi's for fear of getting an infection on my fingers. I've also had a couple of pedicures here. The first one was okay. The second one was a waste of my money.

This has,got to be,the worst nail salon in history. Not one of the nail techs know what there doing, and their nail jobs are absolutely horrible!!! Not to mention the crazy people who work there . Please heed this warning and never try this place!!!!

I went there for quite some time mainly for convenience, but I reFuse to put myself and daughter through that again. Not the best pedicure ever but the price was right. Your suspecting they are talking about you has been confirmed by one of the young male employees trying to impress my daughter. There are so many other places out there I am looking forward to finding my favorite!
