This may very well be the worst clinic downriver. The manager that works there is a nightmare, very very cold and unfeeling. My experience with her has been a nightmare. And if that was not bad enough, a medical tech there with dark black hair accused me of being rude with dumping my problems on the staff and causing the clinic and staff members tension because I was trying to find answers to my problem. I was recently diagnosed with a small aortic aneurysm which the doctor in this clinic did not find after taking numerous ultra sounds every year, and saying my results were always normal. I am sure they were making a pretty penny on this. The wonderful radiologist at a radiologist clinic downriver found it through a CT scan. I wanted to find out from this doctors at downriver heart and vascular if I could still lift weights and work out on the treadmill, and could i still use the snow blower.. But this tech, and the office manager felt this was my problem, and I had no right intruding on the clinic or its staff and doctors, asking these kinds of questions, if you can believe that. It took me days to get an answer, since the doctor was only there on one half day on Monday and on a Wednesday. One and one half days per week. It took months before you were able to get an appointment. Also I left messages with the receptionist to ask the doctor my question and it took days before I got an answer, and I only got an answer to two of the three questions I submitted to her to ask the doctor., because she forgot to ask the doctor about the last question. And all the while. the manager is trying to throw me out of the clinic, and condoning what the medical tech said to me, about throwing my problems on the clinic which was causing tension!!! Than she said to me, what an unhappy person I was, which could not be further from the truth, I am a very happy person, and only am unhappy when I had to deal with this horrible horrible clinic. I finally told this horrible manager that I will never go back to such an inferior clinic and to send my records to me as I am looking for a new professional doctor and clinic. Can you image this kind of atmosphere taking care of your medical needs, no way!!! Any doctor that could hire and manager like this, and would allow medical techs to speak to their patients in this manner, says alot to me about the doctors who work there. I lost complete faith in the doctors in the clinic, both with how horrible this medical staff and manager is, and the fact that the doctor at this clinic did not even find something as serious as an aortic aneurysm. My sentiments, good ridden to bad rubbish of a medical staff I wish to be hundreds of miles away from!!!! So So happy to be out of a horrible place as this!! Beware!!!
