General Info

DG classes are designed to teach gymnastics on Olympic apparatus: vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline. We use many skill-building pieces of equipment, including but not limited to: wedge and panel mats, octagons and trapazoids and 2 loose foam pits. Our weekly themes and lessons are designed to teach developmentally appropriate progressions that teach fundamental gymnastics skills and provide a variety of physical fitness activities. Experienced and energetic coaches, accredited by USAG, give individual attention to each child and assure a safe learning experience.
