Made a purchase at the Redford store 2 days ago. Lost receipt, tags still on items, I return and ask for a refund. I'm informed there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO AT ALL TO ASSIST ME. So, I call the Southfield store and speak with Tiffany, asst Mgr. I ask what is the return policy. Without a receipt, you are allowed to make an exchange or a credit, typically up to 7 days. There have been instances where they extend it, such as on or after holidays. She was EXCELLENT, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!!! GIVE HER A DAY OFF WITH PAY. I WILL NEVER SHOP THE REDFORD LOCATION AGAIN!!!
