Our approach balances education, enhancement of self esteem, personal responsibility and empowerment, to help our clients move forward to build a secure future.The Management Team consists of two principals Jamie Ryan Ryke, J.D. and Andrew Jay Thav, J.D. Uniquely, they met as children, grew up together and have shared a vision since their early years to create a new style of legal practice. After they completed professional preparation, they founded the law firm of Thav and Assoc. , P.L.L.C. in 1997. They are a dedicated, working Management Team providing their proven expertise in the law.Currently the firm employs other full time attorneys: Jeffrey David Thav, J.D., and Amanda Bannikov, J.D. These attorneys effectively contribute to the day-to-day operations of the firm with a focus in the courts. In addition, the firm employs a highly experienced Legal Assistant / Paralegal who has had several years of prior experience in the Bankruptcy Industry.
