The Alzheimer s Association operates the Alzheimer's Association Green-Field Library, which is the nation's largest library dedicated to Alzheimer's disease and offers a variety of free information services to the public. It also publishes a journal that presents the basic and clinical research advances related to early detection, prevention and treatment.
