We have a new driver on fall creek church rd BENNETT North Carolina .we live half mile from main road he wouldnt deliver to our house like all drivers before. Leaves not saying I should sign the authority note and he would leave in mailbox.now this is medicine from the Va controled.when I couldn't catch him he signed the notes saying he tried to contact us every day lie. Then I had t go 60 miles to Pinehurst and get it before they send it back. He did however leave over 400 dollars worth of merchandise hanging on on mailbox after night not in box on box lucky no one stole it he signed the notes saying he attempted to deliver without coming to house.afyer call everyday I was told he was comi

WORST UPS OFFICE !! LESS THAN ! STAR!!! Every reason under the sun given for late, misplaced, undelivered, LIES...Do not depend on them delivering as scheduled regardless of when they receive your pkg. Not a one time event either...every time! Attitude from them...you'll get it when we give it to you... what can you do about it??? Every excuse given possible!! MAY AS WELL BE SNOW IN JULY!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. PAID FOR PACKAGE TO BE ONE DAY SHIPPING. UPS SENT AN EMAIL STATING THAT PACKAGE WOULD BE DELIVERED ON FRIDAY. SENT ANOTHER EMAIL PACKAGE OUT FOR DELIVERY. THEN SENT AN EMAIL SAID PACKAGE WOULD BE SENT OUT THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. That's Monday.... I needed package on Friday not 2 days later. Called heard several different stories. Don't know which one to believe. Kinda of funny tho. Packages came from two different shippers. So it was not the shippers not getting the item quick enough...
