My home warranty used Tate Appliance to repair my front load washer seal. The owner Marcus came out within 24 hours to “evaluate the problem”. Marcus informed that it was indeed the front seal and that my warranty company would wait on his diagnosis and would have to send him the part to install. I had to pay him the warranty call fee as requested by my warranty company before he left. He came out on a Wednesday and said he would see me Monday of the next week. By Tuesday next week, he didn’t show or call. I began to call and his voicemail suggested even trying a text for faster response. I tried both for several days. Called the warranty company and Marcus had not even contacted the warranty company or ordered the part for my repair. 9 days later we (the warranty company or myself) haven’t heard back from marcus or anyone a Tate appliance. I had the warranty company take him off my case and reassign me another repair company. I would rate him 0 stars if it were an option.
