Very diappointed. I Live in California and hired this company after discussing with Judy hat my mom neded. She is a stroke victum and my brother had been iln the hospital for several weeks and the house needed cleaning. Judy assured me the house would be dusted, vacumned and mopped. The cleaning crew showed up with very little in the way of cleaning supplies and no mop big enough to do the job and no vacumn cleaner to speak of. The tools they brought were for cleaning a clean house not a dirty house. I got a follow up call from Judy and I told her the mopping was not satisfactory and she wanted to charge me more money to go back and mop with an industrial machine. What happened to a 5 gallon bucket and a mop large enough to get some dirt off the floor. She didn't in any way offer to make it right. Very diappointed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
