I took my laptop there after my son dropped it. The laptop powered on but there was nothing on the screen. I asked for a ballpark estimate and I was told $200-$400. The owner recommended I get full diagnostics run to ensure the screen was broken. Since that added $60 to the bill I was skeptical but aggreed anyway. As it turns out, when my son dropped it it losened the memory module. They found this out, re-installed the memory and found no other problems. Since I was prepared to pay up to $400, I feel like I saved at least $140 because of the way they run the business. They could have sold me the screen but they didn't. I also got it back the next day. These guys are honest, quick and confident. I'll never go anywhere else!

If you are a novice, this is not the place for you. I found the owner to be arrogant and condescending. He would rather argue with you than provide the help you need. He needs to be knocked down a notch!
