I have had several massages and a shiatsu massage. The massage therapist are good at what they do and hit my targeted areas. The shiatsu therapist is very knowledgeable about her work, the body, food and so forth. I have enjoyed my experiences here.

Had 2 massages scheduled as holiday gifts 3 wks in advance. At arrival, we were scheduled on wrong day, week before. Receptionist was unhelpful and management was worse. They claimed to have called us about our 'missed' appts. but if true, we wouldn't have shown up as planned. Management seemed not to care and did little to accomodate. Lost customers and future referrals.
