very bad place and not professional at all. The pictures they have up are old and from previous owner. They fed the horses bottom of the line fed and hay. there is no grass, horses out in sun all day with no shade. No one there to tend horses during daytime hours. change fed on horses without asking horse owner. steals equipment right before she throws you out
