Our family had been steady customers of Stevenson's for several summers -- until yesterday. My son's shoulder bumped a light plastic toy, and it fell. As he turned to bend down and pick it up, the owner appeared, grabbed it, and sharply said "Lets not trash the place!" I was quite surprised. We have visited this store four times already this month (spending, by the way, about $40 each time). My kids are respectful, quiet, and calm. Trashing the place? He couldn't have been more off-base. When I said "it was an accident, he was about to pick it up," he sarcastically replied "oh, I'm sure." Needless to say, we left.
