      Turning kids into Ninjas one obstacle at a time!

      General Info

      USA Ninja Challenge is an obstacle course skills program for kids 4 to 15 years of age that combines skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross training and track and field. We incorporate standard gymnastics apparatus including rings, bars, balance beams and tumbling surfaces. Other specialized ninja training equipment includes cargo nets, traverse walls, slack lines, ropes and ladders. Every obstacle course includes corresponding conditioning and flexibility stations with the overall goal being to improve a child's strength, flexibility and all-around athleticism.
