Your service technician is super-competent. He answered questions willingly and explained everything that he was doing while trouble-shooting the unit. He evaluated the unit quickly. One service call was for a burned-out fan motor. He recognized the problem at once and ordered the necessary special parts which were installed less than one week later. He also did an annual cleaning at that time - the unit was "like new" when he left. We are very satisfied. There are many good brands out there. What you are buying with an air conditioning unit is the company which installs and services it. A good device with poor service is no bargain. That's what I would tell anyone - you support your installations in the field and when needed, you respond.

Jason is the technician who usually comes to my home for normal service. He is a very knowledgeable and efficient young man. Having the same person do routine maintenance makes sense because he not only knows the system but the house and homeowner as well.

The technician needed to explain that for the two separate heating/cooling zones/systems to both work, their settings needed to be coordinated. A simple piece of information no one bothered to share. But otherwise good service.
