April 7th - we had a pipe leak in our master. We had massive water damage to a large part of our main floor and entire basement. We came home to a horrible mess. They dried everything out and applied an anti-microbial agent to prevent mold/bacteria growth. I was quoted a price and that was the price I was charged. The guys showed up on time and kept me informed on everything they were doing. Everyone I dealt with in person and over the phone were very friendly and professional.
