Harney Elementary School is a Blue Ribbon School that provides learning opportunities to students in kindergarten through grade five. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, including reading, math, English, social studies and science. The school also provides instruction in art, music, library skills, and technology and physical education. It offers special education and reduced-price meal programs. The school s English as a Second Language program includes special classes for students who wish to learn English. Harney Elementary School provides special assistance to students who have learning difficulties in reading, writing or math.
