      Been a patient for several years. I have 2 dental insurance policy & never have a balance. Today, I received a bill showing a balance over 90-days old. I called & was told it was from a June 2018 visit. So I received a bill in 02/19 for a 06/18 visit? No mention of it at my regular appt in 12/18? I'm not buying it & I am no longer a patient.
