There are times when life decides to mess things up for you and Im like a magnet for mishaps! Right before a presentation, I realized that Id misplaced my cabinet keys somewhere. Great locksmith Company. I called them on a weekend to come out to my house to change a cylinder and install a top lock. Jacob arrived when he said he would, but because of my building's rules he wasn't able to complete the top lock installation. He had no problem whatsoever making a second trip to finish the job on a weekday. Flat rates are upfront. No surprise fees. Jacob a really friendly guy who takes pride in his work. I called South San Francisco Locksmiths based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.
How can you not be amazed by a company that already has a solid five stars? Thanks for making it easy to pick a locksmith! 1st Star: has 24/7 service. 2nd Star: Tech was exactly on time, 8am. And chipper as can be. 3rd Star: Professional service. Tech explained the flaws of our previous lock - but also didn't make me feel like an idiot for my own [failed] installation job. 4th Star: Quick service. I hadn't even taken two sips of my coffee, and the new lock was installed. 5th Star: Cheap! By far the cheapest quote I got. I would not hesitate a second to recommend South San Francisco Locksmiths to anyone.
