If I could give these rip offs a negative review I would! When they finally arrived hours late to install my dryer they tried to charge me more to complete the install. I told him I had paid and it was even written on my reciept. I showed it to him but he still wanted 50.00 additional saying they miss wrote my receipt and I needed to pay him because he would have to go to Lowe's and get parts, he would be missing time with his wife! I told him I wouldn't pay more and if he wasn't willing to abide by what they originally promised to take the dryer back, which also was a fight because he wanted to still charge me and not give a full refund. Then today I'm supposed to get my refund and they say they mailed a check... Ya right! Unless you want lied to and ripped off stay away from this place!
