Good old fashioned service, the way it should be! Would highly recommend over the big box stores...you can find just about anything there!

My opinion regarding the locksmithing part of the business. Lacks knowledge, limited inventory and poor service . There is no reason to go to this place over a big box or online unless you are nearby, you know the item is in stock and you don't mind dealing with the owners attitude.

The store itself is neat and clean and stocked with everything from soup to nuts. I found it convienent as I live in town. However the owners attitude leaves much to be desired. He has been everything from condensending to downright rude.My father ran a business for many years and in dealing with the public he taught me that politeness to your customers is key -someone should have shared this with Mr. Trygar.If your not a contractor or knowledgable about an item your seeking he treats you like your beneath him in some way. Being female , half the time I am seeking knowledge about certain products in what used to be a male domain admittedly, but that doesnt mean I want to receive that knowledge in a rude fashion. After my visit there today I'll be going to Lowes or Home Depot with the rest of the masses . You would think that being in the struggle of the Mom and Pop stores Mr. Trygar would at the very least try to be pleasant to his customers. Its my guess that any good reviews on his manners and attitude were either paid for or solicited from family members that are like minded. He lost this customer.
