I bought my first travel ticket to TT from sunita. When I called, a man answers the phone. First of all he could not give a price, he puts me on hold for someone else. While on hold a women came on with a very fine tuned voice "can I help you" I said yes, I need a price I already give the guy the information. She said ok please hold. I held for another 3 minutes then I hung up. I decided to drive down to the agency. Upon entry I was greeted and asked to have a seat. While sitting I observed and I knew exactly who I spoke to on the phone. The man was Sunita husband and women with the fine tuned voice was sunita her self. I waited my turn to be called, as I stand at the ticket counter doing my business with the other employee. I over heard the guy sitting in the back bad mouthing about the Guyana president with another male customer who was in the office at the time. Sunita's husband's mouth was so nasty that I could smell it from where I was standing. How unprofessional he is. one star
