Took and finished CPR class here today. I actually learned a lot because of the new regs, and really enjoyed the instructor, John El. He was very concise, easy to listen to, and made boring a** First Aid & CPR pretty engaging. I was surprised that the class was being taught by a former EMT like myself, that actually did CRP for a living! The classroom was a little tight for the number of students, but for the people that needed it, they did get personalized instruction. Overall tho I thought they were great.

Our agency has been using NYCCC (Johnel Franks) for years and we wouldn't even consider going anywhere else. We have 6 CDA Credentialed teachers and assistants in our Preschool, all with different requirements and renewal dates. Johnel at NYCCC takes care of all our continuing education (Professional Development Workshops and such) needs and makes it as painless as possible. The rest of the staff is awesome, but I rarely speak with them because Johnel always makes himrself available, and if not, returns our calls asap. All the continuing education books and test forms arrive promptly and results are delivered to us promptly. What else could we ask for!

I'd highly recommend taking your health & safety course with Bright Future Training Inc if you're looking to just certify, learn more about getting into child care or running a child care business. The last 2 previous instructors I had were smart, articulate and always willing to lend a hand when I had a question. I have been using Miss. Cox and her company for 4 years and they always live up to my expectations.

Bright Future Training Inc has been a part of our family for nearly 4 years. We have our two children here in the a Bright Future Preschool (Bev's Kiddie Daycare and have been in nearly every room in this center. There is simply no other school in the greater South Richmond Hill, Queens area that gives you everything you receive at Bevs.The director loves each child as if they were her own, as do most of the teachers. The teachers have wonderful experience and credentials and our children love them. Miss Bev, the Owner/Operator is a gem. The owner of the school is someone who believes in the value of education in early childcare. She has invested in the school over the years, and hosts events such as family BBQs, date nights (no extra charge) and all sorts of events throughout a year. We truly view Bev and the teachers as partners helping us raise happy, healthy children. I'm sometimes sad to leave my kids in daycare but I'm happy they get to be a part of the Bright Future Preschool experience.

I am a Child Care GFDC provider I recently learned of this organization because of their reputation in my area Brooklyn. They have two really remarkable programs, 30 hour Health & Safety renewal, and the CDA program which my staff and I are enrolled in on-line. They are really friendly and accommodating, customer service at its best!

Training centers/companies are like mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving dinner. Nothing fancy although a few offer all the extras, such as discounts, rebates, online class options, language options and refreshments. Those were exactly the kinds of extras that we received at Bright Future Training Inc. Owning and operating several successful Child Centers for more than 10 years, I feel training in my opinion is best when instructor-to-student ratios are low and groups aren't too large and the instruction is tailored to toward its participants. My staff totals 16 and they all needed a mix of of trainings Health & safety, renewals and CPR, all at the same time and with VERY short notice. The owner of Bright Future training Inc. (Cherron Cox) was able to accommodate us and was quite pleasant about the short notice. I also received discounts that I wasn't aware that I was entitled to. NOW THATS SERVICE! I totally recommend this company for all of your Child Care Training needs, 5 STARS!!!
