Honest, reliable, friendly service. Will not use anyone else. I called 5 shops for a quote. They came in least expensive for the exhaust but not the brakes. I had the brakes done first at another shop and was told I needed 4 ball joints. I had to wait until I got the money.Took the car in to get the exhaust done at Cottage road service and asked for an inspection sticker as well.When I got the call later that day Vinnie told me he would be happy to put the whole exhaust on, but I only needed one pipe so he saved me 2/3 the cost I had already agreed to pay! He also told me he couldn't give me the sticker because I needed a new ball joint. "Just one?" I asked, and he confirmed that he checked the other 3 and they are indeed fine. I asked if I should have the two on the same side done if i was having the one done anyway, and he told me no need.I was impressed from the start with how friendly everyone was. It's so hard to find a solid, honest mechanic, and I'm glad I have found mine
