* Love & Affection (Care) * Enthusiasm (Encouragement) * Skills (Talents) * Critical Thinking (Logic) * Problem Solving (Analyze) * Responsibility (Ownership) * Respect (Care & Belonging) * Togetherness (Love) * Early Drop Off Available Our Goal: Our goal at Lil Big Ones is not only to educate the present young generation but also to help them retain the human values that are fading away today. Young children are good imitators and are very observant. They are exposed to a variety of media and fall prey to whatever comes their way. It is our duty to introduce them to favorable behavior and make them habituated to it. It is very necessary to cultivate discipline, responsible behavior, and respectfulness towards oneself and others at this very initial stage. After getting accustomed to such a decent conduct, a child thinks twice before acting otherwise. These stepping stones will help them differentiate between the good and the bad in future. Our Outlook: At Lil Big Ones we offer a loving, welcoming, and encouraging environment to the little ones that adds to their feeling of belonging. This environment also initiates setting up realistic goals for every little individual. Lil Big Ones provides ample opportunities for the little ones to explore the world, try out new tactics, and show new talents. Every child is given an understanding that the majority of their environment stands unexplored.

Provided by YP.comIt was a great experience. My son learned many new things. He has become a lot more sociable, playful and friendly than what he was when he joined. Lil' Big Ones have wonderful & affectionate teachers. This was like a home away from home.

Provided by YPmobileMy daughter has benifited a lot from the school. Academically kids learn a lot in this school and teachers are doing great job. Here they teach reading, writing, Math. They even teach Science and Social Studies. Over all it's a great school.

Provided by YP.comI think I am a very picky parent who was not ready to compromise when it came to my child's care. After researching over ten daycares in the area, I found a truly miracle place- Lil' big ones. The staff is excellent- a perfect combination of motherly care and a professional environment. Teachers and the directors are extremely cooperative and know how to get the new child adjusted and keep them happy throughout their stay there.
I have observed that kids in Lil' Big Ones are less likely to come home with infections unlike other typical daycares simply because of the cleanliness of the center and hygiene routines followed by teachers.
The things that the kids are taught in the class are worth noting as well. Kids are encouraged to read, write, complete age appropriate study material, think about different topics and present them in front of the class without any pressure, which I think is going to help my little one tremendously. My shy child is now coming out of his shell and is a very confident individual with opinions of his own.
Summer camp provided by them is equally fun, educating and packed with endless activities- field trips, games, science projects, etc.
This place has not only made positive difference in my child's life, but has helped me get the peace of my mind when I go to work.
I strongly recommend this daycare for anyone who wants to get the best care possible.

Provided by YP.comMy daughter has been goint to lil big ones since the day they opened. One of the best things about this day care is the on site availability of the directors- Smita and Prashant who are the most caring individuals. 'The school' as we refer to it at home is the place I feel is the safest environment after home. The teachers are very professional and make sure my child learns age appropriate material. It is noticeable that the school does an excellent job of teaching students good etiquette like eating at the table and hand washing after meals and bathroom visits. The meals provided are good portions and have taught my child to be open to new and variety of foods which I am sure will be introduced once they step into the new world of public/private schooling. The summer camp at 'The School' is really great with variety of age appropriate activities like swimming, crafts, drama, field trips and of course the yummy treats every week make the summer really exciting. to sum it up I can confidently say that once I drop off my child at 'The school' I can go to work without any tension or worries and have always come back to a happy child who still wants to at School for some more time!! What more can a parent want!!!

Provided by YP.comLil'Big Ones day care center is very good and they take care of the kids according to the parents instructions. Timings also very convenient and management also very co-operative and friendly especially Smitha. I did observe most of the teachers also good except couple of them. Those couple of teachers also good but I never saw smiley face on them during pickup and dropping time.
Management: Few things you should note in your practice
1. Should inform to the parents ahead of time about kids behavior or routine things instead of parents come back and ask.
2. Should watch out the teachers about harsh handling of the kids especially morning time. Since kids may wake up and starts their day and they should receive soft receiving instead of harsh receiving.
3. Teachers should teach new things at least once a week instead of teaching same stories and same games etc.,
4. Breakfast and snacks quantity giving to the kids should be revised. I do not think so the quantity is sufficient for the kids.
5. Cleanliness of the teachers are good most of them but I couple of teachers are not up to the mark.
6. Should have a practice of review with parents once a while

Provided by YP.comMy 4 year old goes to this daycare and loves it here. The staff is very good and receptive to the parents concerns. They have good teachers for the preschool class and also good caregivers for the infant and toddler classes. The director/owners are personally on the site all the time and pay attention to the minute details of running the center as well as planning out all the activities and are very friendly with the kids and accomodating to the parents requests and concerns. I am over all satisfied as a parent and would surely recommend this day care as a good child care center.
