We have kickboxing (KRU Muay Thai) and grappling (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) styles for students of beginner and advanced levels. Anyone interested in both is on the right path to mixed martial arts (MMA). These are a highly sought after combination of styles due to their applicability to real world situations and popular competitive venues. For kids, we have recently launched an age specific martial arts system. No one is paired or grouped with anyone that is more than two years apart in age. This provides the optimal setting for kids to learn essential skills and condition for future athletic endeavors at their appropriate level and pace. Depending on your children's age(s), they would be placed in Early Skills (ages 3 and 4), Basic Skills (ages 5 and 6), Core Skills (ages 7 thru 9) or Extreme Skills (ages 10 thru 14).
