The front desk ladies were very nice as was the dental assistant that took my X-Rays. Everything was going okay (aside from my chair being filthy dirty when I arrived, it was never cleaned off either) until she brought out the dental tools and laid them on the tray for the dentist to arrive... The all of the tools were dirty looking, rusted, the little mirror on the one tool was even cracked.. see the attached pictures for the horror.. I'll be reporting them to the health department. After seeing that I decided there was no way I would ever have anything done at this office. The dentist came in, looked at my Xray and "examined" my teeth for 30 seconds and said everything looks good but he wouldn't let me get a cleaning that I wanted without a $600 out of pocket deep cleaning first... lol. I had them make me a copy of my Xrays and I will be going elsewhere! This place is terrible!!
