      Children's Aid and Family Services preserves, protects and, when needed, provides families. Motivated by compassion for vulnerable children, young adults, frail elderly and their families, we provide high-quality and innovative services that meet their social, educational and emotional needs. We strive to be the premier New Jersey non-profit that provides practical solutions which allow all those who look to us in times of need to achieve their full potential. By investing in experienced, professional staff, in high-quality, well-managed facilities, and continuous monitoring of performance measures, we remain committed to delivering the gold-standard of care to those we serve. What this organization does best is help local people, one by one. Each year, thousands of people turn to Children's Aid and Family Services for help in improving their lives in some way. Each year, thousands of people are helped by the agency. Whether it is working to find a child an adoptive family, providing life skills counseling, presenting educational workshops, or coaching people to nurture healthier babies, Children's Aid and Family Services is changing lives and building futures. We are able to do this through the combined efforts of our skilled staff, dedicated board of trustees, legions of volunteers, and thousands of generous donors. However, even as we help more people live more productive lives, the number of children, families and adults in need is growing.
