General Info

Dr. Raja is a cataract, cornea, and refractive surgeon specializing in laser cataract surgery and laser vision correction at MedEye Associates. He is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Raja graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Duke University and received his medical degree from the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York City. He completed an internship in internal medicine and a surgical residency in ophthalmology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Raja is dual fellowship trained. He completed a cornea and refractive surgery fellowship at UC San Diego Shiley Eye Institute and spent an additional year gaining advanced training in laser cataract surgery and laser vision correction at Boston Eye Group/Boston Laser.
