Good luck trying to get a membership. I have called, left messages and sent emails with no response. I go there during their posted staffed hours and no one is there. If it is this hard to get a membership what happens when my key card don't work and can't get a hold of anyone. I think they are going under because someone should be there to get memberships at least during the posted staffed hours. Going somewhere else where they want my business and money
