In short, their products are fine, but if you run into any mechanical problems, their customer service is almost non-existent and, frankly, rude. We've had MWS install a whole house water softener system, a sink side RO system and a rust inhibitor for our sprinkler system. The installer, Rick, was incredible. Unfortunately, when it came to customer service because of problems with the system, it was horrible. I'd recommend going somewhere else for your house system needs.
