We hired this company to install hardwood flooring in our home. We were very disappointed with the quality of the work. The young men who work for the owner seem to be very inexperienced. We had to hire another company to redo a large section of flooring that was not installed properly. We ended up paying nearly $1000 more than we should have. We also had water damage in our lower level because the guys didn't realize that water was leaking from the area while they worked. They might have heard it dripping if they hadn't had music blaring. Very unprofessional. Worst part was the owners lack of response to our dissatisfaction.
