Find another place to go. The girl who did my nails today refused to fix her mistake on my nail. She had every excuse in the book as to why it was my fault. There are gouges,bubbles,nicks, and one flat short nail. She refused to fix it. Her name is Yen. After 6 yrs of service I will never go back. I will have to go to another salon and get the mess fixed. The customer is never right in this shop. People beware!!!!!

Don't go there. Wish I'd read the previous review before I did on May 3rd. Worst acrylic nails I've ever had and the jerk male who did them yelled at me when I told him I wanted them shorter. Since his English was unintelligible, I kept pointing to the picture on the wall signaling that that's what I wanted. They are incredibly thick and it will take forever to soak them off.

I cant even rate this, I went in yesterday 3/30/2012 at my lunch break to get my nails done. because working breaks my real nails all the time. so i have an hour lunch thinking I will be done in time to eat.. I walk in and the lady goes Have a seat. didn't say Hi or anything. so I sit down and after she gets the nails put on she gets up and does a wax job on someone. I am thinking what the heck I have 1 hour and that person shows up and she just starts taking care of them leaving me to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes.



I was so getting frustrated. so she comes back didn't say sorry or anything and starts doing my nails again. she was so rough on me that my fingers nails hurt. after I was done i was late for getting back to work... 1 hour and 15 minutes of doing nails on one person and helping others while i had to wait in the middle of it, and she had the nerve to ask for a tip. with all that said I will never ever ever go to that place again.



One thing that really bugged me is they sit there and talk to each other {employee's} but not the costumers because they cant speak English. the lady that helped me, I could not even understand her English because they don't care if we understand them or not.. if we went to their country we would have to learn to speak it correctly. anyway just don't ever go to those places because they are rough on the nails and don't care. I will find a place i can talk to people and ones whom care more.
