      Amazing Customer Service and Fast Service

      my mom washer broke and she had called several places,but they were over prices. I looked on Dex-knows and Aaron's Appliance had great reviews. I am big on customer services, so that was one of the main reason I decided to call them. I was amazed on how friendly and knowledgeable the receptionist was. She answered all my questions and called me right back letting me know that they could come to my mom's home within the hour. The technician was great my mother said and the washing machine works like new. And the best part was that is was not expensive. They applied the service fee towards the fee of the labor and parts. i am definitely referring my friends and family to them. They are truly a great example of what a small business and all other business should treat their customer. Thank you again. Reina R

      I called in desperation because my refrigerator was making a loud noise and Steve with Aaron's came right out! Within the hour! He was a life saver and I would highly recommend Aaron's for your appliance needs. They were fast, friendly and very resonable.

      Steve from Aaron's Appliance Repair SAVED MY DAY!

      My refrigerator was not working right and a horrible odor from the back of the fridge forced me to open the windows for ventilation. I needed it fixed YESTERDAY so I looked up appliance repairmen that offered same day service. Aarons Appliance Repair responded very quickly and found the problem and fixed it on the spot without delay.Steve from Aarons Appliance Repair was very friendly and professional and I was especially happy when he cleaned up after himself and left no evidence on the floor that my refrigerator had been repaired. The price for the repair was very reasonable and I felt like Steve appreciated my business and respected my home.Steve told me that they service all of Salt Lake County as well as Utah County, and repair all makes and models of home appliances. He also told me that they have been family owned for over 20 years.I would recommend Aarons Appliance Repair to my friends and family without hesitation. They will treat you right!

      Excellent Service and Follow Up

      We have utilized their services on 3 different occasions and have found them to be timely, easy to work with and especially willing to work with our schedules. Their service has been excellent and their prices are very competative. I am now calling them to take care of some appliance maintenance for my elderly parents. I can't recommend them enough!
