PLS helped me out when i needed it. But the customer service reps are so disrespectful. I get attitude everytime i come in to make a payment. I have had to make payments at other locations where the customer service is so much more freindly. Buyer beware. If you choose PLS as your loan please dont go to the location in south holland next door to Chase bank. You will feel like you have been put in a bad situation.
