The only service I've gotten here is a couples massage, but we've been twice and it was AMAZING both times. The last time I went in I had Rose...I get massages pretty regularly and it was hands down the best massage I have ever had. My fiance had Kristin and he said his was just as good. He had a headache going into it and when he told her about it she did a few things to his head and neck and the headache went away for him. We don't live in the South Haven area so she gave a him a few things to tell a massage therapist in our area to help out with his headaches since he gets them regularly.



I believe they only have one space where they do massages, so book as soon as you know you want to go in. The prices were comparable to everywhere else I've been but the quality of service was second to none.

Kerry Mark Salon & Day Spa is an awful salon, not only do they do terrible work but their customer service is horrendous. They change my appointment without notifying me about this change, they were extremely rude to me when I came for my appointment original appointment time. Then, when I asked to speak to the manager they refused to let me speak with them.

If you enjoy getting treated poorly by a business/service you are paying for then by all means patron their salon, but I will be sure to tell all my friends and family in South Haven about my experience to ensure Kerry Mark Salon and Day Spa does not get their business. It is takes a lot of energy to be mean and no energy to be nice especially when I am the client.
