Not a good experience. Expert Pool serviced our pool for several seasons until this year when a new pump was needed. The owner offered up an Expert Pool employee to do the work as a licensed electrician. After shocking himself, the owner and employee suggested the need for a new main panel. $1200.00 later, it was fortunate that the Expert Pool employee never completed the work. The licensed electrician we hired to finish the job corrected multiple dangerous code violations: undersized wire, no GFI's for the pump and pool outlet, double wiring to breakers. The most troubling was Expert Pool's refusal to take any responsibility for this dangerous situation. Expert Pool misrepresented their capabilities and failed to make things right.
