I just got off the phone with a some-what arrogant and demeaning office/person who obviously has some issues...not a happy person...really should reconsider if holding a job in a customer service type of position is right for her. I don't see why after waiting nearly 3 month for my diabetic shoes I'm feeling the service offered is correct... her answer of well if you don't like us I'll just send back your shoes is simply get them from somewhere else.While the principal of the business Chris is very reassuring and knowledgeable the front office is not an asset to any model of conducting business.
