Cousimano's is one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted. I was blessed to have tasted the original pizza from Mr. Cousimano (RIP) back in the 80's through the 90's. I know that the establishment has gone thru different managements, but the taste lives on. I have noticed that the other pizzerias have greasy pizzas. I need to blot about 3-5 napkins on the grease before I can enjoy it...Cousimano's is nothing like that. I don't feel guilty at all to sabor a slice every now and then. Two thumbs up and two fat toes up as well to the best pizza around.
