Beware reselling anything here. Gave me a price, kept changing the price he'd give me. When I'd call to check on it, I'd get a million different stories. It was always in the process of being shipped back to the store. He stopped returning my calls when I called to check every other month. I finally waited over a year before I asked for my ring back and he magically came up with money for it.

Very impressed with knowledge of staff, they helped me design the perfect ring m fianc thought was just a dream....she listed a designer ring she saw on a Hollywood movie star which cost over 500,000 and they made me the exact ring ( ok a little smaller diamond) in my price range.....it is awesome !!!! Beautiful craftsmanship just as promised by the owner within 1 week , thank you so much forever our jeweler

what a wonderful store and friendly highly trained staff, they really educated me on my diamond purchase and I felt very comfortable after shopping at some of the "fancier" stores I got the best deal at ARK. The ring was perfect exactly what she wanted and the service was exceptional.

My Mom and Dad still buy their jewelry from him and wont go anywhere else, now I know why. I love the ring they made, we had to have it sized and they did it while we waited in 15 minutes.....now that's a jewelry store!!!
