Very backward company! No capability for Internet access to billing info or payment. (Also Ive been told by employees that the infrastructure is very old and they have no accurate mapsits just wait until a pipe bursts and then go fix it.) We travel a lot and I've had to call them long distance for billing info. We were recently called out of town unexpectedly and were kept away to two weeks. We returned on a Friday night to find our water turned off because of a $60.00 balance that was one month overdue. We are elderly, partially disabled customers who have had service with this company for over 25 years. Rarely, when I have forgotten to pay other utility bills (it happens occasionally as I am paying utility bills for 5 homes and have my own senior moments), the company(ies) merely add a late charge and life goes on. Try explaining to a husband with Alzheimers why the toilet doesn't flush or he cant have his morning cup of coffee!
