Zojirushi customer support gave me two authorized service repair shops to fix my rice cooker. There were none in Sacramento and only two near me which were in San Francisco. They gave me this place and "Universal Electric Services, 1551 Clement St, San Francisco, CA. I chose this one because it was closer to me. WHAT A MISTAKE!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! You have been warned! I would give "Universal Electric Services" a try. There is no WAY that it could be worst. Not only may you get speedier repair, but they may even value you as a customer.

I needed a sensor for my washer, was told by Sears it would take 7-10 days to get part and then they would send tech. I was told by the service center to call Coast and they had it in stock. Glad I scheduled a tech to come before the 7 days, now I will have the part and it will be installed before Sears' ordered part. Even though the service is part of my extended Warranty it was worth the $31 to go and pick it up. You Rock Coast, keep doing what you are doing.

They have a good stock and can sometimes offer friendly technical advice. If you are a do it-your-self-er, the price is way higher, and there can be argument over price. Finally the person at the counter gives in and says he will write it up as wholesale cash sale Plus CA sales tax, which is fine, but to have-to negotiate each time for price is annoying. There are other parts dealers that charge the same price for everyone without argument.

We need more places like this where one can order and buy actual appliance parts from and IN PERSON! Helped me quite a bit when our gas dryer needed an igniter. Great value, great service. I phoned in to ask about the part I needed and they even tried to match what Sears had listed on their website... Picked up my igniter with no hassle and saved ourselves from buying a new machine. Thank you COAST Appliance Parts Co!

I went to Sears at West Covina looking for a part for my washing machine. I found out that I had to order the part by mail. I was relly disappointed because, I had to wait more than a week to get it. Someone recommended to go to your site which is local in the area of So. El Monte..I dropped by your place, I couldn't believe you had tht great iventory and, my part. Man, I like the way you treated me. I'll be back as soon as get in trouble. Your place rocks!.. Thanks, Nobi.
I called to see if they had an agitator for my washing machine. They were the only ones that had it in stock. They also matched the price of a competitors (Sears), which saved me over $10. Great service too.
